Absolutely appalling or should I say zero customer service. They took both my order and payment, and 3 weeks later still have had no contact re sending my goods. In this time, I have emailed them twice with no response whatsoever. Meanwhile I looked them up online (under customer reviews) only to find that they have extremely poor customer reviews. Not answering any customer queries/emails and taking weeks before they even send orders and within that time absolutely no contact at all with the customer to let them know what's happening with their order. I only got a response from them after I involved PayPal to cancel my order. I will never ever use them again and want as many people to be very aware if they order from them, they will be lucky if they ever see their goods. I can't believe they are still in business. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with.
